The treadmill saga

It happens most times at the gym. Someone hops on to the treadmill next to me and I find myself wanting to run faster, longer and/or more intensely. I consider it a curse and a blessing and sometimes I really need the incentive to push harder in an otherwise off day.

You may not be doing it right…

Pushing yourself to the limit takes intensity; pushing yourself beyond what you think you’re even capable of…the mind gives up before the body. ย Fitness for me includes lifting iron a.k.a. bodybuilding a.k.a pumping iron. ย If you have never looked like this, be it running, lifting iron, training in general…you may not be doing it right! ย Apply intensity; achieve results.
